About the role

The Superseal Group (AUST) Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Waterproofers, Sheet Membrane & Protective Coating Applicators to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. This full-time position will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality waterproofing and protective coating services to our diverse client base across the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

Applying sheet membrane waterproofing systems to a range of commercial and residential projects

Applying protective coatings to concrete and other building materials to prevent wear and deterioration

Preparing surfaces for waterproofing and coating applications to ensure proper adhesion and long-lasting performance

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

Collaborating with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate workflows and meet project deadlines

Maintaining detailed records of materials used and work completed

Providing on-site training and mentoring to less experienced team members

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Waterproofer, Sheet Membrane or Protective Coating Applicator

Proven knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and industry best practices

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Certification in relevant waterproofing and/or protective coating application techniques

Current driver's licence and reliable transportation

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
