About the role

S&S Remedial Service Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Remedial Building Maintenance / Waterproofing Applicator to join our team in Upper Coomera, QLD. This is a full-time position for the right candidate with opportunities for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing

Perform a range of remedial building maintenance tasks, including waterproofing applications

Identify and diagnose building defects and implement appropriate remedial solutions

Prepare surfaces and apply waterproofing membranes and coatings

Liaise with clients and provide professional advice on maintenance and repair requirements

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with industry regulations

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our maintenance and waterproofing processes

What we're looking for

Several years of experience in remedial building maintenance and/or waterproofing

Strong practical skills and knowledge of building materials, techniques and industry standards

Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Construction industry certifications or qualifications (desirable)
