About the role:
- Manage inbound phone, email and webchat enquiries
- Handle orders, delivery concerns, queries and disputes
- Manage orders and delivery-related inquiries, alongside processing claims and orders.
- Resolve service requests, complaints, and general enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records
About you:
- Previous experience working in a contact centre.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Skilled negotiator and strong problem-solver while working under pressure.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a challenge.
- Be resilient and love working in a team and autonomously.
- Reliable, punctual with great time management.
