About the role:

• Manage inbound phone, email and webchat enquiries
• Handle orders, delivery concerns, queries and disputes
• Manage orders and delivery-related inquiries, alongside processing claims and orders.
• Resolve service requests, complaints, and general enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records

About you:

• Previous experience working in a contact centre.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Skilled negotiator and strong problem-solver while working under pressure.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a challenge.
• Be resilient and love working in a team and autonomously.
• Reliable, punctual with great time management.
