We are partnering with one of our Global Client to hire IT support professional who will be responsbile for responsible for delivering technical support to end users, managing IT assets, coordinating IT infrastructure activities, and supporting project implementations.
The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of user satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and proactive service delivery.
5 days onsite is mandatory
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of end-user satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Provide second and third-level support for PCs, workstations, mobile devices (iPads), printers, and standard software.
- Manage the lifecycle of PC assets within the country (onboarding, changes, offboarding).
- Support the Regional IT Leader in coordinating local infrastructure and services.
- Lead and support project implementations related to end-user computing and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot desktop/laptop OS and hardware issues (primarily HP devices).
- Provide on-site support and perform PC re-imaging as necessary.
- Assign and revoke IT assets, maintaining records in local tools (with future transition to global systems).
- Deploy new PCs and mobile devices, including logistics (receiving, shipping).
- Manage returns of devices to vendors (consolidation, shipping).
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook and Office 365, standard software, business applications (MS Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce - training provided), desktop, laptop, cloud PC, Citrix environments
- Use and manage IT ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network printers and multifunction devices (print/scan), IP phones and softphones, print queues for servers, users, and groups.
- Proficient in utilizing IT ticketing systems to manage support requests.
- Experienced in providing support for audio visual equipment.
- Skilled in re-imaging PCs as required to ensure optimal performance.
- Adept at diagnosing and resolving issues in Microsoft Intune.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to interact effectively with end users, demonstrating empathy, clarity, and professionalism in support and problem resolution.
