The Brisbane commercial construction market is heating up, and we’re seeing a strong demand for Contract Administrators of all levels across the industry.

Current Opportunities:

· Tier 2 builder delivering Education and Commercial projects up to $100m

· National Industrial D&C builder with projects up to $100m

· Family-owned Tier 3 builder specialising in Commercial projects up to $20m

· National builder focusing on Education and Social Housing projects up to $50m

About You:
You’ll bring a construction-related degree or trade background with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial projects valued at $2m+. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proven track record of stability and performance are essential.
