Our Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our Brisbane team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes of work, lettings, and procurement schedule

Managing both head contracts and subcontractors

Overseeing progress claims and variations

Applying strong construction knowledge to contribute to sequencing, methodology, and value engineering decisions

Providing cost and project reporting through Jobpac

Key Attributes and Experience
This role is ideal for a candidate with exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills, as well as a commitment to joining a highly motivated and dynamic team. The following qualifications and experience are essential:

A relevant degree qualification in a construction-related field

Strong understanding of construction practices

2 years' minimum experience

Familiarity with Procore and Jobpac (preferred, but not essential)

Solid knowledge of safety management strategies

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in contracts administration

Australian citizenship is required for this position
