What You'll Be Doing

• Mobilise, recruit, and lead a team of supervisors, schedulers, logistics, and field staff.
• Act as the key client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring contract delivery to agreed KPIs.
• Drive a safe, productive, and values-driven team culture from the ground up.
• Streamline compliance and operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee financial performance of the contract, including cost control, reporting, and performance outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape the business's growth in Queensland.

About You

We're looking for a people-focused leader who is:

• Energetic, engaging, and highly responsive - someone who builds trust quickly and keeps communication flowing.
• Honest, transparent, and open to feedback - a leader who works in partnership with their client and team.
• Experienced in managing contracts, projects, or operations within construction, utilities, or related industries (direct sector experience not required).

• Able to balance autonomy with accountability, showing initiative when senior leaders aren't on site.
