Atom Resources are currently on the lookout for highly skilled Excavator and Posi Track Operators to join our team on some of Australia’s largest and most high-profile transport infrastructure projects. Your role will include:

Operating a range of Posi Tracks and Excavators on large-scale civil projects

Trenching, backfilling, and preparing work areas to specification

Precision works including digging around live services and final trim

Assisting with material movements, site clean-up, and general labouring where required

Supporting supervisors and crews to deliver safe, efficient outcomes

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 4 years’ experience operating Excavators and Posi Tracks on large civil projects

Proven background in roads, subdivisions, streetscapes, and major infrastructure

Valid SOA and VOC for Excavator or Posi Track (multiple plant tickets highly regarded)

Ability to work safely and efficiently around live services

Strong work ethic, reliability, and two contactable references

White Card, PPE, and valid driver’s licence
