About the role

They are seeking to appoint a Customer Service Representative on a temporary-to-permanent basis. You must have a strong customer service background and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will see you supporting the company’s online division, providing post-sales support to customers, managing orders, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Auburn, NSW, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.

Initial pay rate: $37.13 per hour as a contractor

Permanent salary: $75,000–$80,000 + superannuation

Key responsibilities

Liaise with customers for post-sales inquiries, including delivery updates and product/service feedback.

Manage warranty claims and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely resolutions.

Maintain strong and positive relationships with customers, ensuring efficient fulfillment of their needs.

Provide administrative support for click-and-collect services.

Assist senior project managers with preparation, compilation, and presentation of larger commercial fit-out projects.

Skills & experience

At least 4 years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills in Word & Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a productive team.

Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

Must provide a current National Police Check.

Must supply professional references.

Desirable but not essential:

Previous experience in commercial furniture or fit-out industry.
