Role: This is a diverse role that looks after all the responsibilities that arise following settlement of a new finance contract. That will include:
(a) Customer support requests, as well as supporting the needs of the Brokers and Equipment Dealers, who refer new leads.
(b) Account reconciliations and accounting support
(c) Preparing and issuing statements, Invoices, reminders and other business reports
(d) Customer liaison re: Requests, facility changes and payment dishonours

The great thing with this role is that is connect to all parts of the business and will give you great exposure to the Sales and Credit sides of the business, opening up future development opportunities.

This is a busy role, juggling the many and wide range of responsibilities that can occur during the life of a finance agreement.

The good thing with Commercial lending is that there is no weekend work!

Requirements: The salary will vary depending on your experience. We are open to a range of experience levels from: Graduates, to experienced sales support candidates, showing:
1. Tertiary qualifications and 1-2 years of work experience, ideally with a financial related business
2. Strong communication skills and customer service ethic, to help build partnership loyalty
3. Higher salary ranges for relevant equipment finance specialist experience
