The Opportunity:

A great opportunity exists for a capable and organised Construction Administrator / Personal Assistant to join a close-knit, family-owned property development business based in Western Sydney. Known for their strong reputation in the industry, the team prides themselves on delivering high-quality residential projects.

This role is suited to a candidate with 2+ years of experience in a similar position within the construction or property sector. You’ll work closely with a supportive Director, providing administrative and operational support across a range of development projects, while coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and builders to support procurement and ensure project timelines are met.

Support coordination across residential construction stages, with an understanding of sequencing, costs, and builder interactions.

Coordinating consultants and navigating approval processes (DA) Development Application, (CC) Construction Certificate, (CDC) Complying Development Certificate.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on key action items.

Provide administrative support to the Director, including calendar, email, and task management.

Oversee general office administration and contribute to smooth day-to-day business operations

About You:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within construction or property

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to read and understand development or construction documentation
