The Role
You’ll play a pivotal part in supporting the national Retail Investments team across both analysis and marketing. This role suits someone commercially minded who enjoys combining numbers, research and strategy to deliver strong client outcomes.
Day to day you will:

• Build financial models and analyse sales/leasing data
• Undertake market research into submarkets, demographics, and economic trends
• Assist with the preparation of submissions, pitches, and marketing collateral (IMs, campaigns, digital ads)
• Maintain databases and support partners and agents with analytics
• Liaise with clients, investors, and industry professionals nationally

About You

• We’re looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a passion for property.
• Tertiary qualification in Property, Business, Commerce or similar
• Strong Excel and financial modelling ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Valuations background advantageous, but not essential
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
