About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join an independent advisory firm that prides itself on providing high quality corporate finance advice to a range of public and private companies. You will support senior team members with the origination and execution of a range of transactions spanning mergers, acquisitions, divestments, restructurings, and debt advisory.

We are seeking an exceptional Analyst or Senior Analyst to join the team, looking to build upon already developed technical skills. Strong financial modelling skills will be highly regarded

Duties & Responsibilities

Financial modelling and valuations

Due diligence and transaction management

Drafting documents including Confidential Information Memoranda, Strategic Reviews, client presentations and other key stakeholder communications

Industry analysis, including identification of potential purchasers

Project management

Skills & Experience

Bachelor of Commerce or similar degree level qualification with strong academic results

Superior level financial modelling and communication skills

Ideally, candidates will be considered with 2-4 years’ experience from investment banking and Big 4 accounting firms - M&A; Valuations; Business Modelling; Transaction Services

Candidates with a passion for corporate finance and the desire to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and professional environment are encouraged to apply
