About the Roles:

As a Senior Case Management Officer, you’ll empower job seekers to overcome barriers, build pathways into long-term employment, and make a real difference through culturally responsive, strengths-based support. You’ll collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and community services while keeping records and reports up to date in our provider portal (ECSN).

As a Community Projects Officer, you’ll help design, deliver, and supervise hands-on projects that build skills, confidence, and work readiness for local participants. You’ll mentor job seekers, support training, and maintain accurate case notes and reporting.

Together, these roles provide a unique chance to combine case management and project delivery, supporting individuals and communities to thrive.
