Group HSE Manager – WA
Our business is growing across engineering, construction, demolition and asbestos removal. We’re looking for a Group HSE Manager to lead safety across our projects, workshops and offices.

This is a leadership role reporting directly to the COO. You’ll be hands-on with our teams and managers, driving HSE strategy, embedding safety into the culture, and making sure our systems keep pace with growth.
What you’ll be doing

• Leading the Group’s HSE strategy and systems
• Overseeing ISO accreditations, audits and investigations
• Coaching leaders on site and in workshops to lift safety performance
• Managing incidents, reporting and insurer liaison
• Driving continuous improvement in safety culture and systems

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or higher in HSE (or similar)
• Strong ISO systems and compliance experience
• Background in construction, engineering, demolition or asbestos removal
• Skilled in audits, investigations and risk management
• Ability to coach, influence and communicate across all levels
• Current driver’s licence, willing to travel to sites

The offer

• $160,000 + super
• Dual cab ute + fuel card
• WA based, Malaga office
