LIFT FITTER AT CHARLOTTE PASS SNOW RESORT

Charlotte Pass Snow Resort is seeking a skilled and dedicated Fitter to join our team on a full-time basis!

Position Overview: As a Lift Fitter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our resort’s lift infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass the maintenance and repair of chair lifts, utilising your mechanical expertise in areas such as welding, rigging, and engine/motor operation.

The ability to perform duties at significant heights is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair chair lifts to guarantee safe and efficient operation.

Execute all maintenance tasks at both the resort’s base and on-mountain facilities, collaborating with in-house teams and external contractors.

Uphold safety standards and manage relevant documentation and asset management.

Bring your knowledge of industry trends and practices to contribute to the overall efficiency of operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a high-demand role, with practical knowledge of lifts and mechanical systems.

Strong mechanical skills relevant to chair lifts and associated equipment.

Ability to work at heights and in a variety of weather conditions.
