The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a leading FMCG manufacturing facility. This is an ongoing role with a short transition to permanent, offering excellent stability and career growth.

The Role

3 day work week with rotating shifts (2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights)

Pay rate: $54 per hour + overtime + appropriate shift loading

Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance across fast-paced FMCG production lines

Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment to ensure maximum uptime

Work closely with the production team to deliver safe and efficient outcomes

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Minimum 3+ years' experience in the FMCG industry

An Australian-recognised Mechanical Trade qualification

Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills

Full work rights in Australia
