About the Role:
You will play a vital part in ensuring optimal production efficiency and smooth plant operations within the Maintenance team.

• Minimising downtime and ensuring equipment is operating efficiently.
• Identifying opportunities for plant improvements and automation.
• Performing breakdown repairs and troubleshooting plant issues.
• Conducting routine preventative maintenance on all plant and equipment.

About You:

• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience.
• Trade qualification as a Fitter.
• Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
