We are a well established brand in the solar industry and have a proven track record of delivering high quality solar solutions – with over 115,000 panels installed and counting... leading to many happy customers who are now saving thousands of dollars off their electricity bills (440+ 5 Star Google Reviews). We are a signatory of the New Energy Tech Consumer Code (NETCC) and are now looking for hungry, driven sales people to take us to the next level.
In return we will provide:
Exclusive 'best in class' renewable energy products (Solar, Battery, Heat Pump, HVAC, EV Chargers).
A very generous remuneration structure, base wage + uncapped commission.
Up to 8 intensely qualified warm leads per day all within the same area!
Most industries you would have to go out and get your own leads, at Sunrise Innovations we bring the business to you, all we need is people to close!
No experience necessary – Just a winning attitude!
What is required from you?
Full time hours working any five days Monday to Saturday (flexible work life balance) travelling around Melbourne region, meeting and consulting with homeowners that are eager to save money on their increasing utilities.
Fantastic attitude.
Responsible and hard working.
Time management.
Utilise our very successful sales strategy and sophisticated appointment booking system, earn a consistently high executive income, week in week out. No false promises, just realistic targets set by realistic managers.

A typical workday will include;
· Seeing 4-8 highly qualified appointments in the same postcode.
· Spending 1-2 hours with a customer at their home
· Perform a thorough assessment of a customer's home energy profile.
· Guide a customer through an effective sales process.
· Complete sales contracts & finance applications.
A typical workday will not include;
· Generating your own leads.
· Driving all over Melbourne/State to get to appointments, simply drive to an area and have all your appointments in the same area for the day.
· Deal with aggressive, high-pressure managers.
· Take calls from disgruntled customers for poor customer service.
You will need;
· Your own car (in a reliable condition)
· Mobile phone.
· An optimistic, positive mindset. (hungry + driven are good too)
