🔋 What You’ll Be Selling:

Solar Battery Storage Solutions

Electricity and Gas Plans (Residential & Commercial)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact leads and potential customers via phone, all have opted in for a call

Educate customers on the benefits of Battery and energy-efficient solutions

Confidently close sales and consistently achieve/exceed targets

Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up on leads promptly

Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in call center or phone-based sales (solar or energy sales a big plus)

Confident, clear communicator with strong persuasive abilities

A self-starter with a hunger to hit goals and earn uncapped commissions

Ability to handle objections and work independently

Comfortable using CRMs and digital sales tools
