The Company

Our client is one of Australia's largest providers of high speed and automatic doors and loading dock solutions which offers state of the art equipment and long lasting job security.

You will be involved in, but not limited to:

• Responsible for the strategic management and overall
  coordination of production across three factory areas
• Strategic oversight & production coordination, resource allocation, quality and safety management of robust safety protocols
• Team leadership, development and team communication
• Process improvement and problem resolution, crisis management, report and record keeping
• Performance tracking, develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)

To be successful, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in an industrial manufacturing environment,
  preferably with a background in production coordination or supervisory roles.
• Proven track record managing multiple teams or production areas, with a hands-on approach to problem solving and process optimization
• Time management and working to deadlines with effective communication and building effective relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.

Hours and Rate:

Day shift hours: Monday to Thursday, 7.00 am - 3.30 pm, Friday 7am - 1pm
Hourly rate: 90K - 100K depending on skills and qualifications, plus super
