Multiple NV1 Opportunities – Service Governance and Contracts
Location: Canberra
Clearance: NV1 required
Contract Length: Initial 12 months + extensions
Rates: $600 - $1300 p/d (depending on the role)
Role 1: Contracts Manager
Primary Purpose
Act as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters, driving commercial governance and managing risks and opportunities across a major ICT program.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead commercial governance forums with internal stakeholders and the client
- Monitor and report on commercial performance including revenue, margins, and controls
- Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities
- Support pricing reviews, benchmarking, and financial modelling
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure strong commercial outcomes
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in contract management, commercial governance, and risk management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and decision-making under pressure
- Background in large-scale ICT programs and ERP environments advantageous
Role 2: Service Provider Governance Manager
Primary Purpose
Oversee supplier management processes, ensuring accountability, service excellence, and performance across a complex multi-vendor environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage supplier performance, contracts, SLAs and OLAs
- Coordinate performance metrics and reporting requirements for providers
- Lead supplier relationships, resolve issues, and drive continual service improvement
- Deliver governance frameworks and compliance across ITSM and SIAM environments
- Engage stakeholders effectively to ensure outcomes are met
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years in service provider governance or vendor management roles
- Expertise in ITIL, SIAM, and ITSM operations
- Strong leadership, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Role 3: On/Off Boarding Manager
Primary Purpose
Manage and optimise the onboarding and offboarding of IT staff, contractors, and third-party providers, ensuring seamless access, security, and continuity.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage access, security, and documentation requirements
- Ensure seamless integration and disengagement of suppliers in multi-vendor settings
- Provide leadership in contract transitions, vendor management, and supplier governance
- Maintain service continuity while managing risks and stakeholder expectations
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated success in managing onboarding and offboarding in ICT environments
- Strong risk management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor transition skills
- Familiarity with SIAM methodologies and complex service delivery environments
