What You’ll Be Doing
Managing day-to-day office operations (emails, calls, correspondence)
Keeping records, databases, and filing systems up to date
Assisting with payroll, invoicing, and accounts
Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
Supporting WHS and compliance documentation
Taking care of general admin and ad-hoc tasks
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as an Office Manager
Construction Industry Background
Strong organisation and multitasking skills
Confident with Microsoft Office + accounting software
Great communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
Able to work independently and manage priorities
