About the role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Plumbing and Roofing professional to join our team at HFLOW plumbing pty ltd' in Sydney, NSW. This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our thriving plumbing and roofing services business.

What you'll be doing

Performing a wide range of plumbing and roofing tasks, including installing, maintaining, and repairing pipes, fixtures, and roofing systems

Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing and roofing issues and providing effective solutions

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards, in compliance with relevant codes and regulations

Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in plumbing and/or roofing, with a current licence to operate in New South Wales

Substantial experience (4+ years) working as a plumber and/or roofer, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex issues

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A commitment to safety and a demonstrated track record of working safely

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
