We are actively seeking a full time, Diploma Qualified Lead Educator to join our Blackwood team.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

A Diploma in ECEC

Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework (NQF).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to lead and mentor a team

A good understanding of technology and the ability to learn a small number of new platforms and programs.

Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff

A genuine passion for early childhood education and children's wellbeing and a commitment to continuous improvement.

We also require the successful candidate to hold current WWCC, RRHAN training and First Aid Certification.
