About the role

Trinity Gardens School OSHC is seeking a passionate and experienced Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) Qualified Educator to join our dynamic team on a casual basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and engaging educational activities for children in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Days: Monday - Friday

Before School Care: 6:55 AM - 9:00 AM

After School Care: Anywhere between 2:15 PM - 6:15 PM

School Holidays Vacation Care: Anywhere between 7:00 AM - 6:15 PM

Hours: 10-15 per week (negotiable depending on availability)

What you'll be doing

Plan and facilitate a range of age-appropriate activities and experiences that support children's learning, development and wellbeing

Ensure a safe, clean and stimulating environment for children

Develop positive relationships with children, families and the school community

Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Maintain accurate records and documentation as required

What we're looking for

A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Demonstrated experience working with children in an OSHC or similar setting

Strong behaviour guidance and conflict resolution skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

A positive team player

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

A current Working with Children Check, First Aid certificate and CPR certification
