Permanent Full-Time Lead Educator (Diploma qualified)
Salary: $36.43 – $37.54 per hour
Permanent Full-Time Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
(Bachelor or Master in Early Childhood Education & Care required)
Salary: $43 – $53.83 per hour

Casual Educator (Certificate III or Diploma qualified) Rate: $ 38.67 - $43.53

We're looking for a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher, a Lead Educator and a Casual Educator to join our vibrant team and help shape the next generation of curious learners.

Essential Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current and valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid Certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training
Key Skills and Attributes
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs tailored to individual children
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to engage with families and colleagues
Skilled in observing and documenting children’s progress to inform future planning
Team-oriented with a commitment to building inclusive, respectful learning environments
Desirable:
Previous experience in an early childhood teaching role
Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Experience with documentation platforms or childcare software tools
A passion for inclusive education where every child can thrive
