Every educator has non-contact planning time

All educators contribute equally to the program delivery

We provide PD and a mentor to uplift your practice

All of our staff are permanent team members

We only operate from 8am to 5:30pm

What we're looking for:

Minimum qualification: Cert 111, Diploma or ECT in Early Childhood Education.

Experience within the early childhood sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the social confidence to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Demonstrated organisational and problem-solving abilities

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Current first aid and CPR certification, and a valid Working with Children Check
