Enkindle Village School is seeking a passionate and experienced Learning Support Teacher to join our vibrant learning community in Term 1, 2026. With small class sizes (10–17 students), full-time aide support, and a commitment to inclusive education, you’ll work in a collaborative, creative, and student-led environment. This role is permanent full-time role.

What You'll Do

· Provide targeted support for diverse learners, including students with disabilities, behavioural needs, and neurodivergence.

· Collaborate with classroom teachers to co-plan and co-teach differentiated, multi-age, project-based learning.

· Develop and implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).

· Use play-based, inquiry-driven approaches to foster engagement and growth.

· Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and whole-school circles.

· Contribute to school-wide events such as STEM Festival, Book Week, camps, and sleepovers.

· Participate in community events and bring your passions into our Enrichment Program.
