The Role

We’re looking for a Full-Time Duty Manager to join the Management Team here at Sunny Social. Your role is to ensure our guests always feel welcome with an exceptional experience on every visit.

Working alongside the management team, we’ll provide the training and support required so you can learn, develop and have fun while doing it.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

Current Approved Managers Card

Previous experience in Hospitality Management roles

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to handle guest queries and complaints effectively

A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
