Your Role

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee every aspect of store performance, from sales and service to operations and visual merchandising. You'll coach and mentor your team, manage stock and wage budgets, and ensure the store operates at its very best-every single day.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service

Driving sales, KPIs, and operational results

Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising and store presentation

Building strong product knowledge across the team

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including rostering and stock control

What We're Looking For

Proven store management experience in a high-volume retail environment

A natural leader with strong coaching and mentoring skills

A passion for fashion, accessories, or lifestyle products

Results-driven, with a customer-first mindset

Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing large stock volumes

Physically fit and able to assist with store set-ups and visual changes
