The Role

• Assisting in the management and delivery of projects within time and budget
• Coordinate schedules, plant, deliveries and site logistics
• Liaise with site teams, engineers and suppliers, as well as the Project Manager
• Track progress, update milestones and flag risks.
• Update project documentation as required

The Criteria

• Minimum 2 years in project coordination or administration in construction
• Outstanding organisation and communication skills
• Strong multitasking and stakeholder liaison capability.
• High level of proficiency in the use of software and systems
