Key Responsibilities:
Abrasive blasting and industrial painting of steel structures.
Surface preparation and coating application to site specifications.
Compliance with safety protocols and contribution to a high-performance team.
💼 What’s on Offer
Full-time, ongoing work with leave entitlements.
10-hour shifts on a structured 10-day roster.
Weekly pay
Mackay-based – we are looking for local support, but FIFO available for out of towners
Upskilling opportunities and strong team support.
Project continuity through to November 2025.
✅ Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial painting or blasting (automotive/house painting considered for upskilling).
White Card (Work Safely in Construction Industry).
Working at Heights certification.
Current driver’s licence and valid ID (birth certificate or passport).
Confined Space certification (desirable).
Accommodation availalbe for FIFO workers in Sarina
