Required Skills:

• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Strong abilities in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of prioritising multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• A Certificate IV or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
