What You’ll Do

Oversee kitchen operations across both the Prep Kitchen and Food Emporium.

Plan and rotate seasonal menus with a focus on quality and presentation.

Manage production schedules and output for multiple venues.

Lead, roster, and inspire your chef team.

Maintain ordering, food safety, and cost controls.

About You

An experienced Head Chef, or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up.

Organised, efficient, and confident leading both production and buffet kitchens.

Passionate about quality, consistency, and mentoring your team.
