A positive, experienced Store Manager

with min 5years experience with an independent grocer.

Ability to expand and grow our busy successful store.

Passion for food, presentation and quality

Master of ordering, stock management, and food safety standards

Dedication to mentoring and staff development

Excellent Customer service

What your day will be:

Maintaining high retail standards in our store

Drive and coach our team to success

Ensuring performance management programs are completed

Contribute to succession planning of the busy store.

Deliver A1 customer service with exceptional communication skills

Who we’re looking for:

Motivated and enthusiastic individuals

Minimum 5years experience in a similar position

Ideally qualified in food preparation and food safety standards.

Flexible availability across 7days
