About the Venue - Wingboy Darling Square

Located on Steam Mill Lane in Haymarket, Wingboy Darling Square is an 80 seater venue trading seven days a week. We’re a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant with a solid team dishing out electric service & amazing food!

About the Venue - Wingboy Newtown

Located on King Street, Wingboy Newtown is an 70 seater venue trading seven days a week. Another fast-paced, high-energy restaurant with a tight-knit team, dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the smooth operation of both the bar and floor.

Ensure the venue is set up and ready for service.

Manage bookings and customer flow.

Deliver high-quality, friendly service to all guests.

Handle cash transactions and end-of-day cash-ups.

Maintain RSA compliance and venue safety standards.

Run shifts, manage the team, and assist with venue closing.

What We’re Looking For

A personable, positive, and professional leader.

Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.

Excellent time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

A team player with strong leadership qualities.

A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.

Experience Required

1-2 years in a similar role.

Experience opening and closing a venue.

Minimum 1 year of bar experience.
