Your New Role
This is a strategic, non-IT Project Manager role focused on organisational change and operational improvement.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will:
Design and implement LIV’s first Project Management Framework, including tools, templates, and processes that balance control with efficiency.
Champion PMO capability across the organisation through training, coaching, and support.
Lead project prioritisation and reporting, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Directly manage key projects, while supporting others through guidance and oversight.
Drive continuous improvement, embedding lessons learned and staying abreast of best practices.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll be a confident and collaborative leader with:
Proven experience in creating a Project Management Framework
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.
A strategic mindset with the ability to influence and guide teams.
Excellent communication and change management skills.
A passion for building frameworks and driving organisational maturity around project management
