Project Manager - Client side
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of new restaurant builds and major refurbishments. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating all internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.

You’ll work closely with Development and Design teams to bring store concepts to life, ensuring they meet brand, operational, and landlord requirements, while supporting the company’s ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of new builds and refurbishments across Victoria, with potential to support projects nationally
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with financial year commitments
• Control budgets, track costs, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
• Liaise with contractors, landlords, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and smooth delivery
• Partner with Design teams to translate plans into practical execution
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure safety and regulatory standards are maintained
• Identify risks, resolve challenges, and keep internal leadership updated on progress

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager (hospitality, retail or QSR industry background preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contractor management, and budget control
• Services experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Solid understanding of building codes, permits, and compliance requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
