These positions are offered on a temporary basis with the possibility of long-term extension or permanency.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and supportive environment where you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strata claims.You will communicate regularly with clients, brokers, repairers, and internal stakeholders, handling all aspects of the claims process, from lodgement through to resolution.

• Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• $40.56 p/h + super

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end strata claims from lodgement to finalisation, ensuring efficient and fair outcomes for customers
• Assess property damage claims, appoint assessors or builders, and coordinate required inspections
• Liaise with policyholders, brokers, repairers, and internal departments to gather and validate information
• Interpret and apply policy wordings to determine claim outcomes in accordance with company guidelines
• Review and authorise quotes, manage variations, and ensure repairs progress in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and update claim information across internal systems
• Provide empathetic and professional customer service throughout the claims journey
• Ensure all claims meet compliance, service standards, and turnaround targets
• Identify and escalate any potentially fraudulent or complex claims

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end property claims (domestic or commercial)
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, building terminology, and repair processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy when assessing information and processing claims
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Full Australian working rights
