Are you experienced in managing the financial side of residential construction projects? We're seeking a Estimator | Contract Administrator to join a dynamic team working on multi-residential developments. You'll play a key role in ensuring streamlined project delivery by overseeing costs, creating accurate purchase orders, and supporting procurement and budgeting across all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor project budgets for residential and multi-residential developments
• Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors
• Track project costs against budgets and forecasts
• Work closely with site teams, estimators, and management to ensure a smooth procurement process
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and help streamline financial workflows
• Support the financial reporting and contract administration processes

About You:

• Strong experience in residential or multi-residential construction (builder/developer environment preferred)
• Confident understanding of project cost control and purchase order systems
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering accurate, timely results
