Contracts Manager – National Electronic Security Provider

We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager opportunity with a well-established national provider of electronic security solutions.
This company has a strong presence across Australia and is highly regarded for delivering complex, integrated security systems to clients across sectors such as government, banking, city councils, and commercial infrastructure. The Role
The Contracts Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing major electronic security contracts on a national scale. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for:

• Managing contract performance, compliance, and reporting requirements
• Leading stakeholder engagement and client meetings
• Overseeing the delivery of capital works, service, and corrective maintenance programs
• Working closely with Project Managers and Service Teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement
• Supporting financial management, including budgets, variations, and renewals

About You
We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in contract management within electronic security or a closely related technical industry (such as facilities, electrical, or communications infrastructure)
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
• A track record in managing service delivery across multiple projects/contracts
• High attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to support negotiation and financial oversight
