The Role
As CSM, you’ll be the engine that keeps the pipeline running smoothly. From managing client enquiries and assessing borrowing capacity, to keeping on top of inbox communication and ensuring files move seamlessly through to submission and settlement this role is all about organisation, follow-up, and client care.
Day-to-day you will:
Manage pipeline and workflow (borrowing capacity checks, follow-ups, client communication)
Stay on top of your inbox and action client emails quickly to keep momentum
Move clients smoothly from entry → assessment → settlement
Liaise with brokers, clients, and the credit analyst to remove bottlenecks and keep deals on track
Oversee residential loans, including a high volume of house and land package clients from the real estate side
Work across both Bracken Ridge (head office) and Hamilton (real estate/property management) locations
About You
Experienced in Client Services Management or Credit Support within mortgage broking (preferred)
Confident in MyCRM (or able to pick it up quickly)
Highly organised, detail-driven, and strong on follow-up
Comfortable working with high lead volumes (2–3 new leads per day passed to brokers)
Proactive communicator who takes ownership of the process end-to-end

Salary up to $90K package (depending on experience)

Exposure to a wide range of residential lending, particularly house and land packages

About Us
VH Finance is a growing mortgage brokerage with strong connections in property and real estate (including house and land packages through our Hamilton office). With a steady stream of 2–3 new residential leads coming in daily, we need an experienced and highly organised Client Services Manager (CSM) to keep deals moving and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
The business is well-resourced, with brokers and a credit analyst already in place, but we now need a dedicated CSM to take ownership of the process from entry through to settlement and relieve the bottlenecks.
