About the Role

In this exciting role, you'll work closely with the Head Mortgage Broker, using your knowledge of credit and lending principles to help clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by:

Understanding credit policies and lender preferences

Assessing client financial needs and preparing tailored loan recommendations

Structuring loans for lender presentations

Ensuring credit appetite aligns with lender requirements

Managing file updates and follow-ups

Building strong relationships with clients, lenders, and business partners

Supporting the Mortgage Broker and assisting with any other business needs

About You

We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for helping clients navigate the finance process. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

A background in banking with hands-on experience in lending or credit is highly regarded

A professional, friendly attitude and excellent communication skills

The ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Australian citizenship or permanent residency
