We're looking for a sharp, tech-minded numbers person to own job cost tracking, productivity data, and internal system improvements. You'll work closely with the owner and operations team to keep tabs on where time and money is spent — and help us run smarter.

Key responsibilities:

Create and maintain spreadsheets for job cost tracking, truck productivity, labour hours, etc.

Build dashboards and summary sheets for project profitability

Oversee backend data integrity in AroFlo, Google Sheets, and job folders

Assist with process optimisation – automating reports, cleaning up file systems, helping our team move faster

Liaise with VA and accountant on job costing inputs
