About the role
$95,000 - $100,000 plus 12% superannuation and leave loading
Initial 12-month, fixed-term position.
Full-time, 38 hours
Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
Kambu Health is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analysing health-related data to uncover actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Experience working with health data is preferred, and candidates must hold a current open driver’s licence. Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau, along with strong communication and analytical skills, is essential.
About the successful applicant
To be successful in this role, you will:
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated experience in data collection, cleaning, and analysis, preferably within a health data context.
Proven ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights through statistical analysis and data interpretation.
Proficiency in data tools including Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other data visualization or reporting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
Experience in developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support business decision-making.
