ROLE
This is a position created in response to growth and would see you appointed to one large project.
This specific project is right that the early stages so will involve design, VE, Planning and Procurement and then move on to delivery.
You will be site based and a key player in the successful delivery of a very high end luxury $100M++ Retirement Living project.
You can really run this one from start to finish and certainly put yourself in the conversation for a Contracts Manager position once you show how you can set up, run, deliver and close out a large project.

YOU
CA or SCA with experience driving $50m - $100m+ class 2 jobs.
Strong scopes, procurement, cost reports & sub-contract skills and a solid understanding of how it all applies technically on site.
Motivated, proactive & support project team from site or office.
Can have the hard conversations when needed but always come from a place of respect and factual info.
Potentially a SCA ready to step up to Contracts Manager in the next 2years or so.
Can confidentially discuss numerous relevant projects that you have delivered from start to finish.
