Key Responsibilities

Operate across various civil sites with a focus on productivity and efficiency

Serve as a Crew Trainer, instructing operators on best practices, driving techniques, and production optimisation

Act as a Safety Representative, actively promoting and enforcing WHS procedures and risk management

Demonstrated resilience and reliability in tough weather and lengthy shifts

Contribute to a positive team culture and assist in meeting or exceeding production targets

Understands and applies Quality Control Techniques

Measuring and calculation skills at a high level

Exercises good interpersonal communication skills

Have a sound understanding of the construction process
