We are looking for a qualified and experienced Carpenter to join our expanding team in Sydney. The role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects across NSW, with long-term stability and the possibility of visa sponsorship (Subclass 482 – Temporary Skill Shortage Visa) for eligible candidates.

Key Duties

Measure, cut, assemble, and install timber and related materials with precision.

Interpret and work from building plans, drawings, and technical specifications.

Construct, repair, and install frameworks, fixtures, and structural elements.

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

Maintain excellent workmanship standards while meeting deadlines.

Comply with all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent trade qualification.

Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in carpentry.

Strong knowledge of building materials, tools, and construction practices.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Willingness to travel to project sites across NSW.

Desirable

Valid White Card (Construction Induction).

Previous experience in residential or commercial fit-outs.

Ability to supervise apprentices or junior staff when required.
