We’re a well-established, family-run landscaping business delivering high-quality residential projects across Melbourne’s east. We're on the lookout for a qualified, hands-on Landscape Gardener who takes pride in their work and enjoys a variety of tasks — from paving to planting.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll work on a wide range of residential landscaping projects, including:

Hardscaping: Paving, decking, stonework, retaining walls, pergolas

Softscaping: Ground prep, planting, turfing

Irrigation & drainage installation

Creating water features and bespoke outdoor elements

Working independently or with a small team, depending on the job, including supervising

What’s On Offer

💰 Salary: $80,000 + Super + Vehicle + RDOs

🚗 Company vehicle – fully maintained

🛠️ All tools and gear provided

🗓️ Monthly RDOs

📅 No weekend work

✅ Ongoing pipeline of quality projects – reliable, full-time hours

What We're Looking For

Cert III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent experience)

Solid practical skills across both hard and soft landscaping

Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft

Able to work both independently and in a team

White Card and valid Driver’s Licence
